The first thing that Sadie wanted so badly she cried uncontrollably and with great tragedy when she was told she couldn’t have it.
Until she was handed a bamboo stick with which to draw rainbows in the dirt. Then the car was forgotten, so long as it was out of sight.

Sadie’s Christmas present to all her grandmothers, grandfathers, family, and friends.
Sadie, just turned 20 months old, must have been practicing when we weren’t looking, because when she started counting to 10 yesterday while playing with Uncle Ben, it was a surprise to us all.
